1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the php888 website or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including registered account holders, visitors, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity. php888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the php888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities is 21 years. php888 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the php888 Platform or from any other PAGCOR-licensed operator for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

To access php888's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the php888 Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. php888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Notification of Compromise: You must notify php888 immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the php888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: php888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at php888's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions or payment methods.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. php888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or fraud screening.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your php888 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. php888 may request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.
• Currency Conversion: Where currency conversion is required, php888 will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the player's responsibility.
• Failed Transactions: php888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from failed, delayed, or rejected transactions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including payment processor outages or banking system delays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

php888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each specific promotion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• php888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, without limitation, the opening of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of php888 shall be final and binding.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or while physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Opening or operating more than one player account.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of cheating at table games or poker.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform component. Any such bugs must be reported to php888 immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information to php888 at any point.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the php888 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of php888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of php888.

8. Responsible Gaming

php888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. In accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, php888 provides the following player protection tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations and receive on-screen alerts when approaching those limits.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or gaming activity may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

php888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. php888 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall php888's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

php888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if php888 reasonably believes you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 6;
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframes specified by php888; or
• Acted in a manner that php888 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or php888's reputation.

Upon termination, any funds held in your account that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact php888's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. php888 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with their published complaints procedure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

php888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, php888 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
